针对目前汽车电子市场上专用集成电路的低使用率和良好前景,设计了一款应用于汽车智能雨刮器控制系统的专用集成电路控制芯片。控制芯片对车速信息和红外传感器采集的雨量信息进行综合处理,从而控制雨刮器工作在高速和间歇两个状态。其中,车速因子的引入有效增强了系统对雨刮器工作状态控制的合理性及准确性。芯片采用华润上华0.5μmCMOSDPTM数模混合电路工艺,具有面积小、成本低、功耗低、可靠性高等特点,是一款具有知识产权的高性价比芯片,在交通运输领域有着广泛的应用前景。

With regard to the low usage and the good prospects of ASIC in current automotive market, an ASIC control chip used for Automotive Intelligent Wiper System has been designed and implemented. In this work,the chip can choose the wiper's working state,high-speed or intermission,after calculating the car's speed and the amount of rainfall, specially, the speed factor enhances the rationality and accuracy ,that control to the wiper's working state. Control chip make use of CSMC 0.5 μm CMOSDPTM digital-analog hybrid circuit technology, with a small size, low cost, low power consumption, high reliability, is a cost-effective chip with intellectual property rights It has a broad application prospects in the field of transport.
