随着频率测量系统在通信、导航、空间科学、计量等领域的广泛应用,针对提高频率测量精度,使测量频率范围加宽、频率测量能高速可靠自适应地进行的问题。文中通过对频率测量分类介绍,结合各学者的研究成果,将各频率测量方法的优缺点进行比较。阐述了频率测量将逐步实现自动化,具有更好的一致性、利于减少误差、提高测量精度。

With the development of electronic technology,the frequency measurement system in the communications,navigation,space science,metrology and other fields are widely used,and thus an increasing demand for high frequency measurements.How to improve the frequency of measurement accuracy,such as,widening the measurement frequency range,high-speed and reliable adaptive frequency measurement can be carried out,is an urgent need to address the problem.Text classification introduced by frequency measurement,combined with the research results,the advantages and disadvantages of each frequency measurement methods are compared.Frequency measurement will be gradually elaborated automated,and has better consistency,which will help reduce errors and improve the measurement accuracy.
