本文主要介绍了基于变频器调速的麻面石加工机械的控制系统的设计。该设计主要为满足麻面石加工机械的单机自动化加工要求,根据其加工的工艺流程进行设计,设计主要包括PLC的I/O端口分配、控制面板的设计、初始化的设计、手动部分的设计和自动循环部分的设计等。所设计的控制系统经过试验模拟,各项控制功能达到设计要求。

This paper mainly introduces the design for pits stone processing machinery based on speed governing control system.This design mainly aims to meet the single pits stone processing machinery automation processing requirements.According to the design of process flow,the design includes the I/O port of PLC distribution,control panel design,Initialization design,the design of manual part and the design of automatic cycle part,etc.Through the experimental simulation of control system,all the control functions meet the design requirements.
