在已有的研究基础上,本实验通过改变釉里红釉的色料、盖釉和底釉的配方及组合方式,探讨了影响釉里红呈色及流动状态的因素。实验结果表明:CuO含量不仅影响釉里红釉的呈色,还对釉料的高温流动性有明显的影响。底釉、盖釉配料中的熔剂对釉里红呈色的影响十分明显。

Based on previous studies, this experiment explored the factors influencing the fluidity and color of the underglaze red by changing the formulas of the ground glaze, the surface glaze and the pigment and their combined modes. Experimental results showed that, CuO content not only affects underglaze red color, but also has obvious effect on the fluidity of the melt at high temperature; the fluxes in the ground and surface glazes significantly affect underglaze red color.
