Fashion design majors of model colleges should set up the personnel trainign objective in accordance with the developing needs of fashion industry and the qualification of the jobs. It is important to promote students＇ innovative and comprehensive practicing capacity of fashion design, structure design and craftsmanship by changing the teaching mode, establishing project-based curriculum system, and building up ＂three-in-one＂ in-school practicing base so as to accomplish the personnel training objective of transition of skilled personnel to technical personnel and improve their quality of employment.
