The construction technique of concrete extrusion side wall is a new technique to consolidate bedding material in upstream dam slope of concrete facing rock-fill dam.Replacing the traditional construction technique links such as bedding material's extra-filling,scaling,sloping,slope-rolling and slope-protecting,this technique simplifies construction procedure,reduces construction disturbance,quickens the progress to place dam body and raises placing quality.The paper mainly narrates the successful application of this technique to construct concrete facing rock-fill dam in Zecheng Xi'an Hydroelectric Station Project of Shanxi Province.The evident construction effect has been obtained.This technique has vast popularation vista.
