巫山淫羊藿( Epimedium wushanense T. S. Ying)系小檗科淫羊藿属植物.淫羊藿属植物是现在应用最为广泛,药用来源种类最多的中药之一,受到国内外广泛关注.本文运用方差分析、多重比较和正交实验方法对巫山淫羊藿花粉的萌发和花粉管生长的影响因子进行了研究.结果显示:巫山淫羊藿花粉培养的最适培养基为20%蔗糖+10mg/LH3BO3+20mg/LCa(NO3);在pH值为5.0、20℃和600lx光照时巫山淫羊藿花粉萌发和花粉管生长最好.本结果可为淫羊藿属植物的栽培及育种工作提供参考数据.

Epimedium wushanense T. S. Ying belongs to the genus Epimedium, Berberidaceae. Plants in this genus are widely uesd as one of the medicinal sources of traditional Chinese medicine, and are paid attention by domestic and abroad people. We tested the impact factors of the pollen germination and pollen tube growth of E. wushanense by using ANOVA, general linear model and the orthogonal experiment. The results indicated that optimum culture medium and environment conditions which support the germination and growth were 20% sucrose with 10mg/ LH3BO3 and 20mg/L Ca( NO3 )2, pH5. 0, 20℃ and 600lx light intensity respectively. The results can serve as reference data be for cultivation and cross-breeding of the Epimedium plants.
