由于教育政策调控弱化、社会普遍存在的追求高学历的价值取向、办学奈件跟不上产业发展等因素，导致农村县级职教中心吸引力严重缺失。文章认为，应从促进职业教育办学条件的不断完善、普教和职教均衡发展、实现中高等职业教育的衔接、提高技能型人才的经济和社会地位、纵深推进产学结合、提高毕业生的对口就业率等方面入手，着力提升农村县级职教中心吸引力。

County -level vocational education centers in rural areas have lost their attraction due to the weakened overall control policies on education, the universal high level diploma - seeking tendency in the society and the schooling conditions lagging behind the development of industry. In this article, the authors deal with how to solve this problem from the following aspects ： constant improvement of schooling conditions ; balanced development between ordinary education and vocational education ; coherent mid - level and tertiary vocational education; better economic and social status for skilled professionals; further combination of industry and education, and increased geared employment of graduates.
