“学历＋技能”型农民大学生的培养应根据“以用为本，强化生产实践技能训练”的原则，改革实践性教学，重点培养创新、创业的新型农民。以湖州市为例，结合“学历＋技能”型农民大学生培养模式试点的现状，针对“学历＋技能”型农民大学生实践教学中存在的问题，应采取以下对策：在办学理念上重视实践教学，规范实践教学的过程管理，加强实践教学师资队伍的建设，创新实践基地建设途径。
“學歷＋技能”型農民大學生的培養應根據“以用為本，彊化生產實踐技能訓練”的原則，改革實踐性教學，重點培養創新、創業的新型農民。以湖州市為例，結閤“學歷＋技能”型農民大學生培養模式試點的現狀，針對“學歷＋技能”型農民大學生實踐教學中存在的問題，應採取以下對策：在辦學理唸上重視實踐教學，規範實踐教學的過程管理，加彊實踐教學師資隊伍的建設，創新實踐基地建設途徑。
“학력＋기능”형농민대학생적배양응근거“이용위본，강화생산실천기능훈련”적원칙，개혁실천성교학，중점배양창신、창업적신형농민。이호주시위례，결합“학력＋기능”형농민대학생배양모식시점적현상，침대“학력＋기능”형농민대학생실천교학중존재적문제，응채취이하대책：재판학이념상중시실천교학，규범실천교학적과정관리，가강실천교학사자대오적건설，창신실천기지건설도경。
The cultivation of peasant college students under the instructional model of ＂skill -oriented diploma＂ requires the reform of practi- cal teaching and the training of new farmers with innovative and entrepreneurial spirits in accordance with the principle of ＂take application as the final purpose and production practice as the major method＂. By analyzing the current situation of ＂skill -oriented diploma＂ training model of peasant college students in Huzhou Radio ＆~ TV University, this paper puts forward the following countermeasures on the problems during the process of running the practical teaching to peasant college students under the skill - oriented diploma＂ instructional model., valuing the practical teaching from the aspect of school ideas; regulating the process management of the practical teaching; strengthening the faulty construction and innovating the construction of practice base.
