介绍了以玉米秸秆纤维为主要原料制造可生物降解地膜的工艺过程。采用二次正交旋转中心组合优化试验方法,分别以定量、湿强剂、混合比、松香和矾土为影响因素,以地膜干抗张强度、湿抗张强度为目标函数,对影响玉米秸秆纤维制造可生物降解地膜的工艺参数最佳组合进行了试验研究。研究结果表明:当定量75 g/m2、混合比25%、湿强剂1.4%、松香0.3%~0.4%、矾土2%~5%时,在此情况下,干抗张强度≥35N,湿抗张强度≥15N,技术经济性最优。

Describe the process of the corn straw fiber making the degradable film,the optimization of the process parameters effect on the made of corn straw fiber was studied by the methods of the central composite quadratic orthogonal rotational optimizing experiment,basis weight,wet strength agent,mixture ratio,rosin and bauxite were selected as input variables,dry tensile strength and wet tensile strength were used as response functions.Experimental results indicated that an optimum combination is basis weight 75g/m2,mixture ratio25%,wet tensile strength 1.4%,rosin 0.3%~0.4% and bauxite 2%~5%,its dry tensile strength attained more than 35N,wet tensile strength attained 15N,and economical efficiency is optimal.
