以聚醚二元醇和二异氰酸酯为原料合成了异氰酸酯基封端的预聚体,以低分子多元醇作为扩链剂,二元胺作为固化剂,制成了双组份聚氨酯胶黏剂。研究了异氰酸酯类型、交联密度等因素对聚氨酯胶黏剂粘接性能及动态力学性能的影响。
以聚醚二元醇和二異氰痠酯為原料閤成瞭異氰痠酯基封耑的預聚體,以低分子多元醇作為擴鏈劑,二元胺作為固化劑,製成瞭雙組份聚氨酯膠黏劑。研究瞭異氰痠酯類型、交聯密度等因素對聚氨酯膠黏劑粘接性能及動態力學性能的影響。

lsocyanate groups terminated prepolymer was synthesized by polyether polyol and diisocyanate. With low molecular polyol as chain extender and diamine as curing agent, two components polyurethane adhesive were gained. We studied effects of the kinds of isocyanates and the crosslinking density to the adhesion properties and dynamic mechanical properties of polyurethane adhesive.
