针对坩埚法拉制的软筒原丝,研究微波烘干温度、微波烘干时间等烘干工艺参数,并研究其对原丝含水、原丝可燃物含量分布、原丝络纱工艺性能及其粗纱性能的影响,最终确定了坩埚法拉制的原丝适宜的微波烘干工艺。该工艺的实施减少了原丝可燃物含量的不均匀性,提高了原丝络纱工艺性能及其粗纱性能。
針對坩堝法拉製的軟筒原絲,研究微波烘榦溫度、微波烘榦時間等烘榦工藝參數,併研究其對原絲含水、原絲可燃物含量分佈、原絲絡紗工藝性能及其粗紗性能的影響,最終確定瞭坩堝法拉製的原絲適宜的微波烘榦工藝。該工藝的實施減少瞭原絲可燃物含量的不均勻性,提高瞭原絲絡紗工藝性能及其粗紗性能。

For glass strands made by remelt process,the parameters for their drying by microwave,such as drying temperature and drying time,were studied,and the effects of these parameters on the moisture content and combustible matter content of glass strands,the performance of assembling strands into rovings and the roving properties were investigated,thus resulting in an appropriate microwave drying process for glass strands made by remelt process. The implementation of this process has reduced the unevenness of combustible matter content in strands and improved the roving winding performance and properties.
