在高职英语教学中,高职学生缺乏英语学习热情、英语教学效果不理想的现象普遍存在。为了改善这种状况,可以选择合适的终结性评价与形成性评价的比例,并采用有弹性的考核评价方式,从而持续激发学生的英语学习热情。这些方法已经应用于高职英语教学过程中并取得了良好效果。

In higher vocational English teaching, it has been common phenomena that higher vocational students lack English learning motivation and English teaching effect is not so good. In order to improve the situation, this paper introduces that it is necessary to choose appropriate proportion of summative evaluation to formative evaluation. It also discusses that it is helpful to adapt a flexible way of examination and evaluation in order to activate students' learning motivation continuously. Such methods and tips have been put into practice and have achieved better teaching and learning effect.
