对两种不同结构的汽轮机低压缸进口流场进行数值模拟计算,并分别进行比较分析,发现低压缸进汽管道结构及低压缸入口蜗壳形状对低压缸入口蒸汽流场及低压缸第一级效率有着很大的影响,这可为设计人员提供有益的参考。

A numerical simulation calculation on two steam turbine LS casing flow field of different structures and a comparison of analysis were made in this paper.It was found that the structure of LS casing inlet pipe and the volute inlet shape of LS casing had a significant impact on LS casing flow field and the first state efficiency of LS casing,which could provide useful references for designers.
