根据同步相量测量装置PMU的特点,提出了根据PMU装置的原始录波数据来校核该PMU装置测量数据的准确性的方法,应用该方法对华东电网现有的PMU装置进行了校核,发现了部分PMU装置的测量精度问题,并与厂家配合进行了PMU程序的改进,确保了华东电网现有PMU测量数据的准确性。

According to the characteristic of synchronized phase measurement devices PMU,the method which was based on the raw record wave date of PMU devices to check the accuracy of the measurement date of PMU devices was proposed,.This method was used to check the existing PMU devices of East China Power Grid,which found that some PMU devices had measurement accuracy problems.With the coordination of the manufacturer,the PMU procedures were improved,which ensured the date accuracy of the existing PMU measurement devices.
