采用强酸超声剪切技术对多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)进行纯化和表面修饰,制备了功能化的多壁碳纳米管悬浮液.用波长为532nm、脉宽为6~7ns的Nd:YAG调Q脉冲激光测量了不同pH值时样品的光限幅特性.结果表明,样品的光限幅特性主要来自于非线性散射,且pH值在2.6~12.3范围内样品的光限幅特性优于强酸强碱样品的光限幅特性.
採用彊痠超聲剪切技術對多壁碳納米管(MWNTs)進行純化和錶麵脩飾,製備瞭功能化的多壁碳納米管懸浮液.用波長為532nm、脈寬為6~7ns的Nd:YAG調Q脈遲激光測量瞭不同pH值時樣品的光限幅特性.結果錶明,樣品的光限幅特性主要來自于非線性散射,且pH值在2.6~12.3範圍內樣品的光限幅特性優于彊痠彊堿樣品的光限幅特性.

The MWNTs are purified and surface modified in the strong acid solution by using ultrasonic technology. The optical limiting properties of the MWNTs suspensions with different pH values are measured by 532nm, 6~7ns Nd:YAG Q-switched pulsed laser. The results show that the optical limiting properties mainly originated from the nonlinear scattering of the samples. Furthermore, the optical limiting properties of samples with pH values from 2. 6 to 12. 3 are better than those of other pH range.
