本文利用Aspen Tech Inc.的Polymer Plus建立了低密度聚乙烯聚合反应过程模型,利用其灵敏度分析方法对影响产品产量和分子量的引发剂浓度、反应温度等因素进行了分析,得出了引发剂量的增加可以提高产量同时分子量下降;随着温度的升高数均分子量降低,聚合物产量PE上升;聚合物的分子量,聚合物产量随着聚合压力的升高而不断增大.
本文利用Aspen Tech Inc.的Polymer Plus建立瞭低密度聚乙烯聚閤反應過程模型,利用其靈敏度分析方法對影響產品產量和分子量的引髮劑濃度、反應溫度等因素進行瞭分析,得齣瞭引髮劑量的增加可以提高產量同時分子量下降;隨著溫度的升高數均分子量降低,聚閤物產量PE上升;聚閤物的分子量,聚閤物產量隨著聚閤壓力的升高而不斷增大.
본문이용Aspen Tech Inc.적Polymer Plus건립료저밀도취을희취합반응과정모형,이용기령민도분석방법대영향산품산량화분자량적인발제농도、반응온도등인소진행료분석,득출료인발제량적증가가이제고산량동시분자량하강;수착온도적승고수균분자량강저,취합물산량PE상승;취합물적분자량,취합물산량수착취합압력적승고이불단증대.
The polymerized reaction procedure model of LDPE was established by Polymer Plus of Aspen Tech Inc. Factors that could influence product yield and molecular weight,such as the concentration of initiators and reaction temperature,are analyzed by the sensitivity analysis method of Polymcr Plus. And by the above analysis,the following conclusions are obtained:1) the increase of initiator amount results in the increase of product yield with the decrease of molecular weight;2) with the increase of reaction temperature,number average molecular weight decreases while PE polymer yield increases;3) the molecular weight and yield of polymer increases with the increase of polymerization pressure.
