以外加纵向磁场GTAW(钨极氩弧焊)焊接LD10CS铝合金过程为研究对象,建立外加纵向磁场GTAW焊接熔池流体流动和传热数学模型,对固定电弧的外加纵向磁场GTAW焊接熔池流体流动过程进行数值分析,研究外加纵向磁场GTAW焊接熔池流体流动和传热行为。

On the basis of studying LD10CS aluminum alloy gas tungsten-arc welding (GTAW) with longitudinal magnetic field controlling, the mathematics model of weld pool is built up. Fluid flow and heat transfer of the weld pool is analyzed on in the spot GTA welding with longitudinal magnetic controlling. The model can be applied to analyze the fluid flow and heat transfer phenomena on this welding process. The analytical results are in good agreement with the published experiment measurements.
