溴化锂吸收式制冷机在调试、运行中发生的故障,由于相关因素复杂,给故障的预测、诊断和处理带来较大困难。利用失效树分析法(FaultTreeAnalysis,简称FTA),通过严密的逻辑计算分析,既可找出典型故障(顶事件)所有可能的发生模式,也可获得控制该故障发生的所有方法,并计算出该故障的发生概率。
溴化鋰吸收式製冷機在調試、運行中髮生的故障,由于相關因素複雜,給故障的預測、診斷和處理帶來較大睏難。利用失效樹分析法(FaultTreeAnalysis,簡稱FTA),通過嚴密的邏輯計算分析,既可找齣典型故障(頂事件)所有可能的髮生模式,也可穫得控製該故障髮生的所有方法,併計算齣該故障的髮生概率。
추화리흡수식제랭궤재조시、운행중발생적고장,유우상관인소복잡,급고장적예측、진단화처리대래교대곤난。이용실효수분석법(FaultTreeAnalysis,간칭FTA),통과엄밀적라집계산분석,기가조출전형고장(정사건)소유가능적발생모식,야가획득공제해고장발생적소유방법,병계산출해고장적발생개솔。
The LiBr/H2O absorption chiller is a complicated refrigerationequipment. It is difficult to diagnose its fault happened in the procedure of manufacture and operation by use of experiential method. Fault tree analysis (FTA) is a logical deduction method. Making use of it, the fault models, fault-preventing methods and fault probability can be worked out respectively. The fault diagnose and forecast principle of FTA is introduced in detail. Author applies FTA firstly to analyze the typical fault in the LiBr/H2O absorption system.
