目的研究大蒜新素(allitridi,All)对肾型高血压大鼠和老年大鼠脑皮质微粒体ATPase活力的影响。方法用两肾一夹法建立大鼠Goldblatt肾型高血压模型;以钼酸铵定磷,采用光电比色法测定ATPase活力。结果肾型高血压大鼠和老年大鼠中,脑皮质微粒体中Na+,K+-ATPase和Ca2+,Mg2+-ATPase活力比成年大鼠中显著降低,Mg2+-ATPase无明显改变。大蒜新素(15 mg*kg*d-1 ig, 60 d)可显著提高肾型高血压大鼠和老年大鼠脑皮质微粒体中Na+,K+-ATPase和Ca2+,Mg2+-ATPase活力,而对Mg2+-ATPase无明显影响。结论大蒜新素对大鼠脑皮质微粒体的Na+,K+-ATPase和Ca2+,Mg2+-ATPase活力的提高可能有利于大蒜新素防治脑缺血作用。

목적연구대산신소(allitridi,All)대신형고혈압대서화노년대서뇌피질미립체ATPase활력적영향。방법용량신일협법건립대서Goldblatt신형고혈압모형;이목산안정린,채용광전비색법측정ATPase활력。결과신형고혈압대서화노년대서중,뇌피질미립체중Na+,K+-ATPase화Ca2+,Mg2+-ATPase활력비성년대서중현저강저,Mg2+-ATPase무명현개변。대산신소(15 mg*kg*d-1 ig, 60 d)가현저제고신형고혈압대서화노년대서뇌피질미립체중Na+,K+-ATPase화Ca2+,Mg2+-ATPase활력,이대Mg2+-ATPase무명현영향。결론대산신소대대서뇌피질미립체적Na+,K+-ATPase화Ca2+,Mg2+-ATPase활력적제고가능유리우대산신소방치뇌결혈작용。
AIM To investigate the effect of allitridi on the ATPase activities of cerebral cortex microsomes in two-kidney one-clip renovascular hypertensive and senile rats, which are prone to the cerebral ischemia. METHODS Cerebral cortex microsomes were purified from renohypertensive and senile Sprague-Dawley rat. ATPase activities were determined according to inorganic phosphate measurement. RESULTS Allitridi (15 mg*kg-1 ig, 60 d) could significantly improve the Na+,K+-ATPase and Ca2+,Mg2+-ATPase activities of brain cortex microsomes in two-kidney one-clip revohypertensive rats and senile rats, while had no obvious influences on Mg2+-ATPase activity. CONCLUTION The influences of allitridi on the ATPase activities of brain in renovascular hypertensive and senile rats are benefit to its prevention and therapy to cerebral ischemic injury.
