用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪和自制的机械能助渗装置,研究了机械能助渗锰剂、工艺及渗锰层组织、结构。将渗锰温度由常规化学热处理的1000℃降低到300℃。在300℃×1h扩渗可得到10~20μm渗锰层。机械能助渗锰层是黑白相间的表面层和黑色带两部分组成,表面层是α-Fe加β-FeMn4或屈氏体与β-FeMn4组成。
用掃描電鏡、X射線衍射儀和自製的機械能助滲裝置,研究瞭機械能助滲錳劑、工藝及滲錳層組織、結構。將滲錳溫度由常規化學熱處理的1000℃降低到300℃。在300℃×1h擴滲可得到10~20μm滲錳層。機械能助滲錳層是黑白相間的錶麵層和黑色帶兩部分組成,錶麵層是α-Fe加β-FeMn4或屈氏體與β-FeMn4組成。

The mechanical energy aided manganizing process and applicable agent are studied by using the equipment made by ourselves,the structures and phases of the manganized layer also are studied by SEM and X-ray.The manganizing temperature is decreased from 1000℃ to 300℃,10~20μm thickness manganized layer can be obtained by heating 1h at 300℃.The layer consists of two sublayers,outer sublayer consists of α-Fe and β-FeMn4 or Troostite and β-FeMn4.
