目的：为了进一步探索腰椎间盘突出症的手术适应症，与提高手术有效率。方法：将2175例患者分为开窗法、半椎板法与全椎板法三组观察适应症，通过随访观察有效性。结果：通过3个月～13年随访，除15例无效外，均恢复工作，有效率为99.3%(98.85%～99.61%)。结论：严格执行手术适应症，冲洗、植骨、控制感染等应很好地针对性实施。
목적：위료진일보탐색요추간반돌출증적수술괄응증，여제고수술유효솔。방법：장2175례환자분위개창법、반추판법여전추판법삼조관찰괄응증，통과수방관찰유효성。결과：통과3개월～13년수방，제15례무효외，균회복공작，유효솔위99.3%(98.85%～99.61%)。결론：엄격집행수술괄응증，충세、식골、공제감염등응흔호지침대성실시。
Objective： To further define the indications for operation of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc，and to elevate the effective rate of operation.Method：In order to obs erve operation indication，2175 patients were distributed into three groups，including fenestration，total laminectomy a nd hemilaminectomy.The results were observed from follow-up．Results：E ffective rate 99.30％（98.85％-99.61％）was g ained with 3 month～13 years follow-up．Co nclusion：Operation indication would ough t to carry out strictly；Flushing，bone gr afting and to control infection，etc．，wou ld ought to carry out very well．
