目的:探讨黄芪对造血功能的影响及作用机制。方法:采用造血祖细胞体外培养和体内扩散盒植入技术,观察黄芪对辐照小鼠粒-单系造血祖细胞(CFU-GM)的影响。结果:体内培养证明,辐照前、后用药组CFU-GM分别为(27.14±5.88)个/(4×105BMC)和(26.38±4.90)个/(4×105BMC),均较辐照对照组(16.58±3.37)个/(4×105BMC)明显增高(P<0.01),而体外培养未显示刺激活性。结论:黄芪可刺激体内造血干细胞的增殖与分化,对辐照小鼠的骨髓具有保护作用。

목적:탐토황기대조혈공능적영향급작용궤제。방법:채용조혈조세포체외배양화체내확산합식입기술,관찰황기대복조소서립-단계조혈조세포(CFU-GM)적영향。결과:체내배양증명,복조전、후용약조CFU-GM분별위(27.14±5.88)개/(4×105BMC)화(26.38±4.90)개/(4×105BMC),균교복조대조조(16.58±3.37)개/(4×105BMC)명현증고(P<0.01),이체외배양미현시자격활성。결론:황기가자격체내조혈간세포적증식여분화,대복조소서적골수구유보호작용。
Aim:To study the effects of Radix Astragali on hemopoiesis and its mechanism.Methods:By using cell culture of hemopoietic progenitors in vitro and diffusion chamber implantation in vivo,we observed the effects of Radix Astrogali on colony forming unit-granulocyte /macrophage(CFU-GM).Results:In diffusion chambers in vivo,the number of CFU-GM were(27.14±5.88)/(4×105BMC) and(26.38±4.90)/(4×105BMC) in the Radix Astragali pretreated or treated groups,respectively,which were significantly higher than that of irradiated control group(P<0.01),but there was no stimulation activity in vitro on irradiated mice.Conclusion:Radix Astragali can stimulate the proliferation and differentiation of the CFU-GM in diffusion chambers in vivo and may protect bone marrow of irrdiated mice.
