柑橘%多菌靈%殘留%紫外光譜分析

用甲醇作提取剂,在25 ℃下对柑橘试样进行振荡提取24 h,用0.3 mol/L的HCl溶液-氯仿的液-液分配进行净化,以0.3 mol/L的HCl作参比,建立了双波长光密度差值法测定柑橘中多菌灵残留量的紫外光谱分析法,回收率97.8%~102.6%,质量浓度在0~20 mg/L范围内呈显著的线性关系。同时,确定了多菌灵草酸盐可溶性粉剂用于防治柑橘贮藏期病害的残留量的安全性。

용갑순작제취제,재25 ℃하대감귤시양진행진탕제취24 h,용0.3 mol/L적HCl용액-록방적액-액분배진행정화,이0.3 mol/L적HCl작삼비,건립료쌍파장광밀도차치법측정감귤중다균령잔류량적자외광보분석법,회수솔97.8%~102.6%,질량농도재0~20 mg/L범위내정현저적선성관계。동시,학정료다균령초산염가용성분제용우방치감귤저장기병해적잔류량적안전성。
With methanol as extractant,the orange samples were soaked,stirred and extracted at 25 ℃ for 24 h,and then purified by liquid-liquid distribution of aqueous HCl-CHCl3.The remains of carbendazim in orange were determined by UV differential absorbance method using aqueous HCl as reference.The recovery rate was 97.8%~102.6%,and the liner range was 0~20 mg/L.In the meantime,the safeness of carbendazim oxalate against orange storage diseases was verified.
