Indirect measurement of tiny polarization current was conductedby means of measurement of the voltage at the resistor. The sources of factors disturbing the accurate measurement were analized and then wasy to overcome the problems related with disturbances are proposed. Furthermore,an electric circuit for measuring the current from 0.1 nA to 1 A is introduced by the authors.
