通过DSC、SEM、Molau试验和力学性能测试, 研究了PA6/UHMWPE共混过程中HDPE-g-MAH对体系的增容作用、力学性能及结晶行为的影 响。结果表明,共混体系为热力学不相容体系;在熔融共混过程中,PA6和HDPE-g-MAH发生化 学反应,生成的接枝共聚物对PA6/UHMWPE体系有增容作用,分散性和界面形态以及力学性能 明显改善;共混体系中两相的结晶行为亦发生变化,尼龙组分的熔融热焓明显下降。

The reactive compatibilization of PA6/UHM WPE/HDPE-g-MAH copolymer as well as effects of HDPE-g-MAH on mechanic prope rties and crystallizing behavior of PA6/UHMWPE blend were studied through DSC, SEM, Molau and mechanical property test. The experimental results show that the two components in blends were in compatible thermodynamically. The grafted copol ymer resulted from the reaction between PA6 and HDPE-g-MAH during melt blendin g act as compatibilizer, improving dispersion, interfacial morphology and mechan ical property of blends obviously. The crystallization behavior of two component s in PA6/UHMWPE blending system is also affected by the interactions between tw o phases. Compared with pure PA6, the ΔHf of PA6 components in PA6/UHMWP E blending system decreases obviously, while its Tc increases.
