应用不同形态的针型茶采用不同的冲泡方法与用具进行比较试验,结果表明,细紧挺直的针型茶比粗短呈弯月形的针型茶冲泡时观赏效果好.针形茶杯泡的观赏性以采用中型玻璃杯(杯高100~110mm),投茶量2.0~2.5克,泡茶水温80℃左右,加水高度为针型茶长度4倍最为适宜;针型茶壶泡的观尝性,以采用圆柱形玻璃壶,投茶量3.0克(壶底直径120mm),泡茶用水70~75℃最为适宜.

Comparative tests on the method of brewing the needle-shape teaswere carried out. Results showed that value of enjoyment of straight needle-shape tea was better than that of a little curved needle-shape tea when brewing,and the best quality infusion of the needle-shape tea in a glass could be obtained by using medium-size glasses(with 100~110mm in height) ,putting 2. 0~2. 5 g tea and brewing at 80℃ ,and the best quality infusion of needle-shape tea in a tea pot could be obtained hy using the cylinder glass pot with 120mm in diameter,putting 3.0g tea and brewing at 70~75℃.
