目的：探讨椎管内肿瘤术后复发的原因及其再手术治疗特点。方法：对31例复发椎管内肿瘤的复发因素进行分析，并对所有患者再次行手术治疗。结果：恶性肿瘤及生长部位特殊的良性肿瘤容易复发。再次手术后，21例经2个月～9年随访，症状体征继续改善者17例，无变化3例，死亡1例。结论：肿瘤的病理性质及肿瘤生长部位是导致肿瘤术后残留以致复发的重要因素；提高手术技能，对复发肿瘤再手术，其疗效仍然是令人满意的。
목적：탐토추관내종류술후복발적원인급기재수술치료특점。방법：대31례복발추관내종류적복발인소진행분석，병대소유환자재차행수술치료。결과：악성종류급생장부위특수적량성종류용역복발。재차수술후，21례경2개월～9년수방，증상체정계속개선자17례，무변화3례，사망1례。결론：종류적병이성질급종류생장부위시도치종류술후잔류이치복발적중요인소；제고수술기능，대복발종류재수술，기료효잉연시령인만의적。
Objective:To discuss the causes of recurrent intra-spinal canal tumors and its principles of the treatment.Method:Thirty-one cases with recurrent intra-spinal canal tumors were analyzed,all of them underwent other operations before.Result:Those who had tumor remaining after operation or had malignant tumors or had benign tumors but growing in special areas were easy to recur.After other operation,21 cases have been followed up for 2 months to 108 months,17 cases were improving,3 cases had no changes,and 1 case died.Conclusion:The pathological classification and growing area of tumors were the main factors of tumor remaining and recurrence,and the operative results of recurrent intra-spinal canal tumors are expected to be satisfactory,if surgeons are skillful.
