本文研究了β-羟乙基乙二胺的催化加氢环合反应及几种铜系催化剂环合反应的催化性能。以甲苯为溶剂可显著提高β-羟乙基乙二胺环合生成哌嗪的选择性。反应的工艺参数优化结果表明,以Cu/γ-Al2O3为催化剂、甲苯为溶剂、氢气初压3.0MPa和反应温度180℃~190℃时,哌嗪收率可稳定在85%以上。
本文研究瞭β-羥乙基乙二胺的催化加氫環閤反應及幾種銅繫催化劑環閤反應的催化性能。以甲苯為溶劑可顯著提高β-羥乙基乙二胺環閤生成哌嗪的選擇性。反應的工藝參數優化結果錶明,以Cu/γ-Al2O3為催化劑、甲苯為溶劑、氫氣初壓3.0MPa和反應溫度180℃~190℃時,哌嗪收率可穩定在85%以上。

The cyclization of β-hydroxyethylenediamine in the presence ofcatalytic hydrogenation was investigated in the present paper.Several Cu-Containing catalysts were prepared and examined for this cyclization.Toluene was employed as solvent to increase the reaction selectivity.The other parameters were optimized.Thus,in the presence of Cu/γ-Al2O3 and Hydrogen(3.0MPa),β-hydroxyethylenediamine in toluene,180℃~190℃,was found to undergo effective cyclization to afford piperazine in 85% yield.
