目的明确乳腺癌的CT表现，探讨CT扫描在乳腺癌的诊断及术前检查的价值。材料与方法 150例女性受检者，其中乳腺癌32例，均经手术或病理证实。结果 CT扫描可清晰显示乳腺结构。乳腺癌的CT表现为不规则肿块影或结节状影，有分叶，边缘毛刺，腺体结构紊乱，局部皮肤受累或脂肪间隙变形、消失，肿瘤组织吸碘明显。CT扫描可显示腋窝转移淋巴结。结论乳腺CT扫描优于其他方法，尤其在乳腺癌术前检查具有很大价值。
목적 명학유선암적CT표현，탐토CT소묘재유선암적진단급술전검사적개치。재료여방법 150례녀성수검자，기중유선암32례，균경수술혹병리증실。결과 CT소묘가청석현시유선결구。유선암적CT표현위불규칙종괴영혹결절상영，유분협，변연모자，선체결구문란，국부피부수루혹지방간극변형、소실，종류조직흡전명현。CT소묘가현시액와전이림파결。결론 유선CT소묘우우기타방법，우기재유선암술전검사구유흔대개치。
Objective To study CT signs of the breast cancer, and to evaluatepreoperative CT scan in making diagnosis.Materials and Methods Of 150 patients received CT scan, 32 had surgically- or pathologically-proved breast cancer. CT findings were analyzed.Results (1) CT could well demonstrate the structure of the mammary gland. (2) The manifestations of breast cancer on CT were as follows: round or irregular mass, lobulated or spiculated margin, disordered glandular architecture, involvement of local skin, and deformed fatty space. Tumor absorbed iodine markedly.Conclusion CT scanning is superior to other examinations in detecting mammary lesions, and preoperative CT scan is especially valuable for the diagnosis of breast cancer.
