主要研究了Cd、Cr(VI)单一及复合污染对菹草叶绿素含量和抗氧化酶系统的影响,研究结果表明:随Cd、Cr(VI)胁迫浓度的增加,菹草总叶绿素含量下降,单一Cd处理SOD活性下降,POD和CAT活性表现出先升后降的趋势,Cd、Cr(VI)复合污染的效应明显大于单一污染的效应。

The paper mainly studied the effects of Cd、Cr(VI)single and combined pollution on chlorophyll content and antioxidant enzyme systems of Potamogeton crispus Linn.. The results showed that with the increasing of the stress concentration of Cd、Ct(VI),content of chlorophyll and the SOD activity of single Cd treament decreased, the activity of POD and CAT increased first and decreased afterwards. At the same time, the effects of combined pollution heavier than those of single pollution did clearly.
