本试验用从广西分离的二株引起鸡传染性鼻炎的副鸡嗜血杆菌（Haemophilusparagallinarum,H.pg）GX-97、GX-98-1株研制成自家油乳苗，进行后备鸡免疫试验，免疫后3、6、9和12个月进行免疫抗体检测和攻毒试验。结果表明，免疫后6个月90%免疫鸡的抗体滴度在1∶640以上，9个月抽样攻毒有75%～80%的鸡获得保护。大田免疫试验也获得了良好的效果。证明自家油乳苗免疫接种也是防制该病的一个有效途径。
본시험용종엄서분리적이주인기계전염성비염적부계기혈간균（Haemophilusparagallinarum,H.pg）GX-97、GX-98-1주연제성자가유유묘，진행후비계면역시험，면역후3、6、9화12개월진행면역항체검측화공독시험。결과표명，면역후6개월90%면역계적항체적도재1∶640이상，9개월추양공독유75%～80%적계획득보호。대전면역시험야획득료량호적효과。증명자가유유묘면역접충야시방제해병적일개유효도경。
In this study we had developed an oil-emulsion vaccine ofinfectious coryza (IC) using two Haemophilus paragallinarum (H.pg) strains, GX-97 and GX-98-1, which was isolated from Guangxi chicken farms. The oil-emulsion vaccine was used to vaccinate chickens. In 3, 6, 9 and 12 months postvaccination the antibody respon se of chickens vaccinated was detected and immune preventive test was carried out by challenging a reference strain C1-95-11. As the result, antibody titers of 90% chickens vaccinated remains at least 1∶640 in 6 months postvaccination. The results of chal-lenge test indicated that 75%～80% chickens vaccinated were prot ected against reference strain C1-95-11 in 6 months after vac cination. The field vaccination test showed a very good immunity effect. The vaccination of oil-emulsion vaccine of IC was proved to be an effective way to prevent and control IC.
