目的采用尾蚴攻击感染小鼠后免疫的方式,研究日本血吸虫未成熟卵可溶性抗原(SIEA)诱导抗卵胚胎发育和抗虫免疫的效果。方法感染日本血吸虫尾蚴之后的第2天用SIEA免疫小鼠,每周1次,共5次,于第48天剖杀小鼠,统计肝脏各期虫卵数、雌虫子宫虫卵数及每鼠成虫数。结果与对照组比较,SIEA免疫诱导显著抗卵胚胎发育效果,肝组织成熟卵数下降27.5%,成熟卵比例下降11.0%,但SIEA未诱导显著抗虫和抗雌虫生殖效果。结论采取在尾蚴感染之后免疫,SIEA能诱导显著抗卵胚胎发育,但比尾蚴感染小鼠之前免疫的抗卵胚胎发育效果低。

목적채용미유공격감염소서후면역적방식,연구일본혈흡충미성숙란가용성항원(SIEA)유도항란배태발육화항충면역적효과。방법감염일본혈흡충미유지후적제2천용SIEA면역소서,매주1차,공5차,우제48천부살소서,통계간장각기충란수、자충자궁충란수급매서성충수。결과여대조조비교,SIEA면역유도현저항란배태발육효과,간조직성숙란수하강27.5%,성숙란비례하강11.0%,단SIEA미유도현저항충화항자충생식효과。결론채취재미유감염지후면역,SIEA능유도현저항란배태발육,단비미유감염소서지전면역적항란배태발육효과저。
Aim To study the effect of anti-embryonation and anti-worm immunity induced by soluble immature egg antigen (SIEA) of Schistosoma japonicum in mice by the way of infection with cercariae before the injection with SIEA.Methods Mice were infected with cercariae of S. japonicum. Two days later, They began to be immunized with SIEA, total 5 times, interval for one week between each time. 48 days later, mice were killed to count each stage eggs, eggs in uterus of female and worm burden. Results By comparing with control group, mature eggs per female deposited in liver were significantly decreased by 27.5% ,and percentage of mature eggs dropped 11.0% in immune group of SIEA. However, there was no obvious anti-worm or anti-fecundity immunity for SIEA in this test. Conclusion The results suggested that by the way of immunity with SIEA after being infected with cercariae in mice, a significant anti-embryonation immunity were induced, but the effect of anti-embrynation by this wayis lower than that by the way of immunity with SIEA before being infected with cercariae.
