本文从黄河下游华北沉降盆地的基底构造,河沙淤积、地貌形态特征诸方面论述了黄河下游河道改道的必然性,指出黄河下游决堤改道的危险河段在河南、重点在花园口至高村河道段。为了防止黄河河道失控,避免决堤改道造成巨大经济损失,提出了黄河下游局部改道(花园口—张庄闸人工造黄河河道)的设想,对黄河下游防洪治河具有重要的实际意义。

This paper introduces the certainty of the course change of lowe r reaches of Yellow River with regard to the basement tectonics of subsidence ba sin in North China; the deposition of river sediments and the geomorphologic fea ture of the Yellow River alluvial fan. It points out that the dangerous sections for the course change of the Yellow River are located from Hyayuankou to Gaocun in Henan Province. A suggestion to make a local channel change through the man -made channel of Huayuankou-Zhang zhuangzha in Yellow River is put forward in order to prevent the Yellow River from uncontrolled flow so as to avoid the heav y economic loss. This is of the guiding significance for the flood control of lo wer reaches of Yellow River
