In this paper, a nonautonomous predator-prey system with diffusion and type Ⅲ functional response are studied. It proves that under some appropriate conditions, the system is persistent. Furthermore, if the system is a periodic one, it can have a strictly positive periodic solution which is global stability under the appropriate conditions.
