The transformation and mechanism of carbon dioxide by electrochemical methods in hydroxygen solvent and organic solvent have been studied.The fastness of carbon dioxide organic complex and transfer of carbon dioxide by such photoelectrochemical methods as photoelectric cell,photocatalyzation and resemble photosynthesis are described in detail for the purpose of approach a rational and efficient method to alleviate greenhouse effect.
