Simulation plays important roles in business, manufacturing, engineering, and science. For discrete or discrete-continuous mixed simulation models it is critical to get accurate timing control. In this article the issues to control timing in discrete simulation and discrete-continuous mixed simulation is addressed. We proposed some techniques to solve the problem.
