对畜禽养殖废水中抗生素的检测技术进行了综述,分别介绍了液相色谱(高效液相色谱)、液相色谱与质谱的联用和串联技术,以及酶免疫法等常用技术,同时对简便、快速、准确以及廉价的检测方法的发展趋势进行了探讨。

In rencent years,the abuse of antibioticsin the livestock and poultry breeding industry which has produced a large amount of wastewater has caused serious water polution on natural environment water in China. In order to understand the antibiotics effects on the water environment and human health,the detecting technologies for antibiotics from livestock and poultry breeding wastewater are summarized in the present paper. The main detection technologies, including liquid chromatography (LC)(high performance liquid chromatography HPLC), liquid chromatography-- spectrometry(LC-- MS), liquid chromatography-- tandem mass spectrometry(LC--MS/MS)and enzyme linked immunsorbent assay(ELSA) are introduced. In addition, the development trend of detection technologies which are simple, fast, accurate and cheap are prospected.
