三苯双脒是我国研制的一种广谱抗蠕虫新药.自2004年三苯双脒肠溶片被中国食品药品监督管理局审评通过后,2006-2007年又进行了Ⅳ期临床试验观察,在众多不同年龄的感染人群中,进一步证实成人和儿童分别用三苯双脒肠溶片400 mg和200 mg顿服治疗,对蛔虫和钩虫感染均有很好的疗效.三苯双脒对儿奄蛲虫感染的治疗效果亦较好.近年来通过实验研究和临床观察证实三苯双脒对多种吸虫,包括华支睾吸虫、麝猫后睾吸虫、卡氏棘口吸虫,以及粪类圆线虫和带绦虫等均有效.该文综述了三苯双脒的研究新进展.

Tribendimidine is a new broad-spectrum anthelmintic agent developed in China. After tri-bendimidine enteric-coated tablet was approved by the Chinese State Food and Drug Administration in 2004, a phase Ⅳ clinical trial was carried out during 2006-2007. Through the treatment of the larger sample of patients with intestinal helminthiasis and various ages, including children, the efficacy of tribendimidine enteric-coated tablet against Ascaris lumbricoides infection and hookworm infection was further confirmed, when the drug was administered orally to the adults and children patients at a single dose of 400 rag and 200 mg, respectively, Tri-bendimidine was also showed promising efficacy against Enterobius vermicularis infection in children, In recent years, the results from the laboratory study and clinical trial indicate that tribendimidine exhibits promising effect against several species of trematodes, including Clonorchis sinensis, Opistorchis viverrini, Echinoswma ca-proni, Strongyloides spp. and Taenia spp.. This paper summarizes the new progress on tribendimidine re-search.
