目的:观察视盘血管炎（optic disc vasculitis，ODV）的眼底血管造影特征。方法:回顾性地观察了9例（10只眼）视盘血管炎的眼底血管造影图像的特点。结果:Ⅰ型视盘血管炎的眼底荧光血管造影（fundus fluorescein angiography，FFA）特点为臂—视网膜循环时间（arm-retina circulation time，ART）显著延长，静脉充盈迟缓。Ⅱ型视盘血管炎的吲哚青绿血管造影（indocyanine-green angiography，ICGA）特点：除了FFA上静脉充盈时间延长外，脉络膜血管也显著扩张。结论：两型视盘血管炎的FFA都有静脉充盈迟缓的特点，Ⅰ型还表现为ART的显著延长。
목적:관찰시반혈관염（optic disc vasculitis，ODV）적안저혈관조영특정。 방법:회고성지관찰료9례（10지안）시반혈관염적안저혈관조영도상적특점。 결과:Ⅰ형시반혈관염적안저형광혈관조영（fundus fluorescein angiography，FFA）특점위비—시망막순배시간（arm-retina circulation time，ART）현저연장，정맥충영지완。Ⅱ형시반혈관염적신타청록혈관조영（indocyanine-green angiography，ICGA）특점：제료FFA상정맥충영시간연장외，맥락막혈관야현저확장。결론：량형시반혈관염적FFA도유정맥충영지완적특점，Ⅰ형환표현위ART적현저연장。
Objective：To study the characteristics of optic disc vasculitis(ODV) in fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA).Methods：Nine cases（10 eyes） with ODV were analysised postpectively.Results：Eight cases (9 eyes）were TypeⅠ, they showed that the time of arm-retina circulation(ART) is much longer than 20 seconds，the filling of vein was delayed; one case was type Ⅱ. It showed the ingestion of choroidal vesscles in indocyanine-green angiography(ICGA).Conclusion：It is a characteristic of ODV that the filling of vein was delayed.
