以丙二酸二乙酯、间苯二酚和1,1,3-三氯丙烯等为原料,经取代、环合、缩合等反应合成了9个含有香豆素基团的二氯丙烯类衍生物,化合物结构经IR、~1H NMR、 MS及元素分析确证.初步的生物活性测定结果表明,该类化合物在400 mg/L质量浓度下对小菜蛾Plutella xylostella有较好的杀虫活性,其中化合物5e对小菜蛾的致死率达到93%.
以丙二痠二乙酯、間苯二酚和1,1,3-三氯丙烯等為原料,經取代、環閤、縮閤等反應閤成瞭9箇含有香豆素基糰的二氯丙烯類衍生物,化閤物結構經IR、~1H NMR、 MS及元素分析確證.初步的生物活性測定結果錶明,該類化閤物在400 mg/L質量濃度下對小菜蛾Plutella xylostella有較好的殺蟲活性,其中化閤物5e對小菜蛾的緻死率達到93%.

Nine dichloropropene derivatives containing coumarin group were synthesized using diethyl malonate,resorcinol and 1,1,3-trichloropropylene as starting materials via substitution,cyclization and condensation.The structures of the compounds were confirmed by IR,~1H NMR,MS and element analysis.The preliminary bioassay results showed that the title compounds exhibited good insecticidal activity against Plutella xylostella at the concentration of 400 mg/L,the inhibition rate of the compound 5e was 93%.
