针对捷联惯性导航系统中加速度计组合需要定期标定的问题,提出了一种能在载体上快速进行加速度计自动标定的技术方案,并给出了基本数学模型.该方案利用加速度计一次通电稳定性高于其逐次通电稳定性的特性,提高了加速度计组合的使用精度.研制了一种自标定加速度计组合,样机结合惯性技术与机电控制技术,实现了在外部控制下的自标定和自动锁紧功能.样机测试结果表明该技术方案可明显提高加速度计的模型参数精度;经过进一步工程化研究后,可在高精度惯性导航与制导和其他需要使用高精度加速度计的领域中得到应用和推广.
針對捷聯慣性導航繫統中加速度計組閤需要定期標定的問題,提齣瞭一種能在載體上快速進行加速度計自動標定的技術方案,併給齣瞭基本數學模型.該方案利用加速度計一次通電穩定性高于其逐次通電穩定性的特性,提高瞭加速度計組閤的使用精度.研製瞭一種自標定加速度計組閤,樣機結閤慣性技術與機電控製技術,實現瞭在外部控製下的自標定和自動鎖緊功能.樣機測試結果錶明該技術方案可明顯提高加速度計的模型參數精度;經過進一步工程化研究後,可在高精度慣性導航與製導和其他需要使用高精度加速度計的領域中得到應用和推廣.

A solution which can rapidly self-calibrate accelerometers in a carrier is brought out aiming at the problem that accelerometer unit of strapped-down inertial navigation system need calibration periodically. The basic mathematic model of self-calibration is presented. With the advantage that the accelerometer's bias stability is better than the bias repeatability, the precision of accelerometer units is promoted. A self-calibrated accelerometer unit is developed. The inertial technology and the electromechanical technology are adopted in the development of the prototype in which self-calibration and self-lock under exterior control are implemented. The measurement result testifies the solution can remarkably promote the practical precision of accelerometer. With further research, the self-calibrated accelerometer unit will have a very good prospect in high precision inertial navigation and other applications which need high precision accelerometers.
