采用组织学和电镜技术对曼氏无针乌贼的缠卵腺及其腺体细胞进行了研究.试验结果表明,缠卵腺由缠卵腺壁、分泌叶瓣两部分构成.其中分泌叶瓣由两类细胞组成:Ⅰ型细胞和Ⅱ型细胞,Ⅰ型细胞有分泌功能,分泌物以糖蛋白为主;Ⅱ型细胞无分泌功能,对Ⅰ型细胞起支持作用.

The histology and ultrastructure of the nidamental gland of cuttlefish Sepiella maindroni were studied using light microscopy and electron microscopy. The nidmental gland was found to consist of two parts:an nidamental wall and many lamellae containing two types of cell(cells TypeⅠand cells typeⅡ) . The main function of Cells TypeⅠ was to secret most of the granules made of glucoprotein,and cells TypeⅡ did not secrete granule and maybe have a function of supporting the cells type.
