Based on visual development tool Power Builder, the real-time basin flood forecasting system with attention paid to Xinanjiang model of 2 water sources. The result of testifying with the data of the Tanhe river of 1975 implied that the system is comparatively effective, and the forecast result can be one of the important decision-making bases.
