Caesalpinia Sappan L%heart transplantation%acute rejection%T lymphocyte subset
目的 探讨苏木醇提单体原苏木素A对心脏移植后大鼠T淋巴细胞亚群的免疫抑制和对心肌的保护作用.方法 应用大鼠腹腔同种异位心脏移植模型.实验分为原苏木素A组、环孢素组、对照组A(手术不给药组)、对照组B(不给药不手术组).术前2天给药,术后第7天采血,应用流式细胞仪检测外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化,并检测心肌组织的病理改变.结果 与心脏移植对照组比较,原苏木素A组、环孢素A组术后3天和7天时均减轻心脏移植后急性排斥反应所引起的心肌病理损害(P<0.01);与对照组B相比较,对照组A CD4~+/CD8~+明显升高(P<0.01),环孢素A组、原苏木素A组则可抑制CIM~+/CD8~+的升高.结论 苏木醇提单体原苏木素A对心脏移植后发生的急性免疫排斥反应有明显的抑制作用,对心肌有明显的保护作用.

목적 탐토소목순제단체원소목소A대심장이식후대서T림파세포아군적면역억제화대심기적보호작용.방법 응용대서복강동충이위심장이식모형.실험분위원소목소A조、배포소조、대조조A(수술불급약조)、대조조B(불급약불수술조).술전2천급약,술후제7천채혈,응용류식세포의검측외주혈T림파세포아군적변화,병검측심기조직적병리개변.결과 여심장이식대조조비교,원소목소A조、배포소A조술후3천화7천시균감경심장이식후급성배척반응소인기적심기병리손해(P<0.01);여대조조B상비교,대조조A CD4~+/CD8~+명현승고(P<0.01),배포소A조、원소목소A조칙가억제CIM~+/CD8~+적승고.결론 소목순제단체원소목소A대심장이식후발생적급성면역배척반응유명현적억제작용,대심기유명현적보호작용.
Objective To discuss the effect of protosappanin A(one of ethanol extract of Caesalpinia Sappan L)on the change of T lymphocyte subsets and its protective effect on myocardial tissues after allograft rat heart transplantation.Methods The cardic allograft rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:protosappanin A group,Cyclosporin A group,control group A(heart transplant group)and control group B(no treatment).Animals were given drugs 2 days before operation.The changes of T lymphocyte subsets were measured 7 days after transplantation and myocardial pathology grade were observed.Results The pathological grade in protosappanin A group and Cyclosporin A group were significantly lower than that in control group A on the 3rd and the 7th postoperative day(P<0.01).In control group A,the ratio of CD4~+/CD8~+was obviously increased compared with control group B,while protosappanin A and Cyclosporin A cound inhibit the elevation of blood CD4~+/CD8~+on the 7th day after heart transplantation.Conclusion Protosappanin A shows certain immunosuppressive effect on acute rejection after heart transplantation and protective function for myocardial tissues.
