为获得一体化ns脉冲固体激光器,设计了一种Cr~(4+)∶YAG被动调Q的激光器,将Cr~(4+)∶YAG和Nd∶YAG热键合到一起,并在两端直接镀膜构成F-P激光腔.实验中用光纤耦合的激光二极管端面泵浦激光晶体,实现准连续的激光脉冲输出.针对实验中存在的热透镜效应,设计了一散热片,并对风吹和散热片的实验结果进行了对比.实验证实了设计的可行性,并实现了激光器的稳定运转.

In order to obtain integrative ns-pulsed solid-state laser,a Cr~(4+)∶YAG passively Q-switched laser was designed,which combined Cr~(4+)∶YAG with Nd∶YAG by the aid of thermal bonding,and whose F-P laser cavity was composed by coating films on its both sides.The quasi-continuous laser pulse output was realized in the experiment by directly pumping the crystal from its end by the fiber coupled laser diode.The pulse width (5.3 ns) was obtained by the p6703A photo-detector.A radiator was designed to eliminate the thermal lens effect existing in the experiment.The contrast of the air blowing and the radiator was implemented.The experiments approves that the design is feasible and the laser works well.
