建立了一种同时测定羽绒羽毛中烷基苯酚类与聚氧乙烯醚类化合物含量的方法.样品以甲醇为提取溶剂,采用加速溶剂萃取,以甲醇-乙腈-水(81:6:13,V:V)为流动相,配备Sinochrom ODS-BP色谱柱,荧光检测器测定,激发波长为230 nm,发射波长为296 nm,外标法定量.结果表明,加速溶剂萃取-高效液相色谱测定羽绒羽毛中的烷基苯酚与聚氧乙烯醚的方法具有快速、可靠、重复性好的特点.

A rapid method was developed to determine the multi-residues of alkylphenols and alkylphenol polyethoxylates in the down and feather by high performance liquid chromatography.The samples could be extracted with methanol by accelerated solvent extractor(ASE).Then,the collected solution was analyzed by HPLC with fluorescence detector(FLD)and quantified by external standard method.The Sinochrom ODS-BP column was selected,and the mixture of methanol-acentrile-water(81:6:13,V:V)was used as the HPLC mobile phase.The excitation wavelengh and the emission wavelengh were set at 230 nm and 296 nm,respectively.The result shows that the alkylphenols and alkylphenol polyethoxylates in the down and feather were separated efficiently from impurity in high sensitivity and reproducibility by HPLC-FLD.
