从海南热带地区的香蕉茎叶中分离出3株高产酸菌,利用经典分类法在产乳酸、形态学、生理生化特性等方面对其进行了细菌学鉴定.结果表明,3株菌株分别为植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus planetarium)、短乳杆菌(Lactobacillusbrevis)和乳酸片球菌(P.pentosaceus).对这3株菌株产酸性能的测试结果表明,植物乳杆菌HN1和短乳杆菌HN2产酸速率大于乳酸片球菌HN3.
從海南熱帶地區的香蕉莖葉中分離齣3株高產痠菌,利用經典分類法在產乳痠、形態學、生理生化特性等方麵對其進行瞭細菌學鑒定.結果錶明,3株菌株分彆為植物乳桿菌(Lactobacillus planetarium)、短乳桿菌(Lactobacillusbrevis)和乳痠片毬菌(P.pentosaceus).對這3株菌株產痠性能的測試結果錶明,植物乳桿菌HN1和短乳桿菌HN2產痠速率大于乳痠片毬菌HN3.

Three high-acid-yield strains were separated from the banana stems and leaves of Hainan province and were identified bacterially using the classical classification. The results showed that three strains were LactobaciUus brevis, LactobaciUus planetarium and P .pentosaceus respectively. The capability of lactic acid production of the three strains was studied in detail. The capability of lactic acid production of HN1 and HN2 was better than HN3.
