According to the developmental trend and demands of modern agriculture, the strategic orientation of Hunan modern agriculture were proposed as "one base, three centers", which are national granary base, production and process center of major agricultural products, agricultural logistics center and scientific and technological innovation center. Then,the strategies were systematically introduced as follows: especially supporting the development of dominance agricultural products industry, striving to construct the industrial system of Hunan modem agriculture, innovating system and mechanism and engendering strong resultant force to push the development of Hunan modern agriculture.
