目的 探讨以问题为基础学习(problem-based learning,PBL)教学方法在神经外科学实习教学中的应用效果.方法 将PBL教学方法引入五年制临床医学专业学生神经外科学实习教学中,对75名医学生和8名教师进行问卷调查,评价其教学效果.结果 绝大部分学生对PBL教学总体比较满意,对PBL教学效果持肯定态度;教师认为PBL教学模式实施效果良好.结论 引进PBL教学方法有助于提高神经外科学实习教学质量.PBL教学方法能够提高学生的学习积极性和主动性,有助于培养学生的临床思维方式和解决问题能力.

Objective To investigate the educational effects of problem-based learning (PBL) in neurosurgery medicine teaching.Methods The PBL teaching method has been applied to the students'neurosurgery clinical practice for the five-year medical program.The teaching effects are evaluated through a questionnaire.Results Students are generally satisfied with all aspects of the PBL and consider their own learning results positively.Teachers think that the effect of the PBL is also well.Conclusions Implementation of the PBL could improve the quality of neurosurgery teaching.The PBL could enhance students' ability of problem analysis and activate their enthusiasm and initiative for learning.
